Registration for the golf club GDSAP

The application procedure for the membership in the club:

Choose the type of membership, fill in the form and click on the bottom SEND.
A confirmation email with payment details will be sent to you. Please, make a payment by bank transfer to the account

you will find the variable code in the confirmation email.


Your membership will be valid upon the receipt of payment and you will be registered into the database on the server of the Czech Golf Federation (www.cgf.cz).
Both Regular membership and „Young Members” membership have the full membership status for an indefinite period.

By submitting the registration I grant my consent to: GOLF CLUB DIVOKÁ ŠÁRKA o.s., IČ 26614251, Nad lávkou 5, 160 00 Praha 6 and Česká golfová federace, IČ 452 51 100, Strakonická 2860/4, Praha 5, PSČ 150 00 with the processing of my personal data mentioned in the registration form for the purposes of membership in the golf club, sending information materials and invitations to other events. Before granting the consent, I was informed on the processing in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
